Amazing and Flavorful Homemade Almond Milk

This AMAZING, creamy, flavorful almond milk is very easy to make. I used to think it was hard – until I tried it myself! With the proper tools it is very easy. Just follow these steps as demonstrated in the pictures. Soak the almonds overnight in the refrigerator, drain, rinse, put in your blender with water and blend until you see it turn into that creamy almond milk. I use about 1 cup of almonds to 3 cups of water. The less water you use, the creamier your almond milk will be. Once blended, you’ll need to strain it. I have found that you can use cheese cloth, but using a nut bag is much more efficient. Here’s a link to the set I purchased on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W189G88/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. They are AMAZING! You could use cheesecloth, which I did my first time or two, but you will save time and frustration by just buying the nut bags and using them. Sooo much easier and quicker. You only have to strain and squeeze one time with these, and if you are using the cheesecloth you’ll have to strain and squeeze a few times to remove most of the pulp. After squeezing out as much of the milk as you can, you will see your left with the pulp, which I just throw away. You will then have fresh, AMAZING, flavorful almond milk that will store in the refrigerator 3-5 days. Don’t forget to clean the nut bag for next time.
