While visiting Santa Rosa, Florida, I visited Keto Kreations. Amazing? Maybe! If you are strict keto maybe not. While it looked and tasted Amazing, I was not feeling very amazing later that evening. I learned they bake with Splenda. Unfortunately for me this is not a true keto ingredient. They have a wonderful assortment of muffins, cheesecakes, breads and cakes. They even have ice cream sandwiches. So if you are not strict keto this is a place you need to visit for a treat without the guilt. If you are strict keto a little sample won’t hurt.
